SHIPPING TERMS

AUSTRALIA

Shipping rates are calculated according to weight. All prices on this site is stated in AUS dollars. All Australian orders are tracked. Tracking means that you will receive transit email updates of your parcel

EXPRESS ORDERS

Express orders are dispatched within 24 hours of the order being placed between Monday to Friday, pending payment receipt in full.

TRACKING

Orders will be dispatched once payment is received in full. Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order & a link to your tracking information. All orders are sent by registered post.

INTERNATIONAL 

We ship internationally. 
International shipping rates start from $22AUS and calculated according to weight. Koko & Ki is not responsible for import duty, taxes/VAT or administration fees that may apply on international packages in customer country. Please be aware that international orders can sometimes be delayed in customs.

For peace of mind, all International Standard shipping option comes with email tracking & transit updates

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are sent within 3 working days of payment being received in full. In some cases Australia post may take up to 3 days for delivery.
Express Post orders are dispatched within 24hours of receiving payment.
